Understand Our Processes And Requirements

Placing An Order

We require all customers to create an account before they are able to place orders on our site. This steps allows us to make the whole process more secure.

Selecting The Right Dates

Unlike other rentals we do not charge you for the days your items are transit, only when you will be using them.

If you have a shoot that starts on 09/05/2075, use this as the start date. If having your order delivered we will aim to have this be delivered at least 1 day before. So in this example we would deliver your kit on 08/05/2075.

For your end date please use the last day of your shoot. If you were to select 10/05/2075 as your end date you would then have 2 days to prove that you have dispatched the items back to us. Or drop them off within this window.

How To Work Out Price

All the product prices on our site exclude VAT. As standard the website will display the rental rate for 1 day. If you would like to see how much this will cost for your job use the date selector to choose your required dates and this will update all the prices to reflect this.

Paying For Shipping

If having the kit delivered, you will need to select a shipping option from the cart section. As standard you will not be charged shipping and the website will assume you're picking up your order. Here are the shipping options we provide:

Returning Your Order

Once your loan period has ended, you will be required to arranged for the return of your items. These can be dropped off to our 48 Brick Kiln Street address during our open hours. Or you can arrange for a delivery back to us. Here are a few tips when returning your equipment:

Please check the equipment for damage and report any faults you may have experienced.

Check your kit list to ensure all components are being sent back.

All bags, stands, and cases must be packed within a container/box for transit.

We advise using a tracked, insured mail service for maximum security. Please provide us with the tracking details once shipped.

Items must be returned with all inner and outer packaging (as received). This includes product boxes, bags, etc.

If dropping off your equipment, please contact us to check our current operating hours.

Please clean the item to the best of your ability. Items returned in a soiled condition will be charged a cleaning fee. (Excludes Liteflow mirros).

Security Deposits

When checking out you will be charged a security deposit for all your items.

Once your order has been returned in full and checked by our team will refund your security deposit in full. If any of the kit is unreturned, returned in a unsatisfactory condition, returned late, we may make deductions from your deposit in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Reduced security deposits are available to returning customers subject to review.
