How To Hire

We understand hiring equipment can seem like an overwhelming experience. So we want to help you understand our processes so you can shop with confidence.

Using the red date selection bars choose the dates that the equipment will be in use. Then browse our website for the kit you need.

Not sure what kit you’ll need? No worries, our expert team are available for a chat Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00.


Making An Order

We require that anyone looking to hire equipment from us creates an account on the website, this helps us verify users and add an extra layer of protection to our services.

We suggest your start by selecting the dates you will be using the equipment. For example, if your shoot begins on 03/07/25 and finishes on 08/07/25 these would be the dates you select. Where possible we will aim to have your order delivered to you the day before your start date. So, in this example we would aim to have your equipment delivered on 02/07/25. For this reason, we suggest making your order at least two days in advance. If making last minute orders, contact us for further support.

Now that you have selected your dates, the inventory you see will reflect its availability on those selected dates. This way you will always know what is available for your shoot.

This will also update the prices you are seeing on the website to show the price for the duration you have selected. All the prices shown on our website include VAT.

Selecting The Correct Shipping

At the checkout we offer a variety of delivery services:

  1. Pick-Up (From 48 Brick Kiln Street, DY5 1JG) Select this option if you would like to pick your equipment up. This service is free of charge. You must arrive within our open hours of Monday – Friday, 9:30-17:00. Please call to confirm this as this may be subject to change.
  2. UK Next Working Day Delivery (Ordered Before 3pm) Select this service to receive you order on the next working day if you place your order before 3:00pm. This will arrive on a DPD service. We are unable to control the time of day that it will be delivered.
  3. Saturday/Sunday Delivery Select these services if you will require your order to be delivered over the weekend. These orders must be placed before 3:00pm on the Friday before delivery.
  4. Large/Extra Large/Oversized Product Surcharge Please check the descriptions of the items you have ordered for a note mentioning that these items will be required to go on a large product service. Please contact our team for further assistance.
  5. Pallet Delivery (Check Product Description) Please check the descriptions of the items you have ordered for a note mentioning that these items will be required to go on a pallet delivery service. Please contact our team for further assistance.
  6. If you do require a same day delivery, please contact our team for further information.
  7. If arranging your own courier, please select Pick-Up (From 48 Brick Kiln Street, DY5 1JG). The driver will need the following information to be allowed to collect: Customer Name, Order Number.

Returning Your Order

Once your loan period has ended, you will be required to arrange for the return of your items. These can be dropped off to our 48 Brick Kiln Street address during our open hours. Or you can arrange for a delivery back to us. Here are a few tips when returning your equipment:

  • Please check the equipment for damage and report any faults you may have experienced.
  • Check your kit list to ensure all components are being sent back.
  • All bags, stands and cases must be packed within a container/box for transit.
  • We advise using a tracked, insured mail service for maximum security. (Please provide us with these details once shipped).
  • Items that arrived in boxes and bags must be returned in these containers.
  • If dropping off your equipment, please contact us to check our current operating hours.
  • Please clean the item to the best of your ability. Items returned in soiled a soiled condition will be charged a cleaning fee, as outlined in the hire agreement. Please take care when cleaning the item not to use any chemicals, and to take caution when using water with electrical components. Please note liteflow mirror systems are partially exempt from this rule due to their unique cleaning requirements. However, if excessively soiled these may still be charged a cleaning fee. For advice on cleaning your item please contact our team for further information.

Cancelling Your Order

We understand circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. In this event, please contact our team as soon as possible, via the contact form on our website by going to ‘Help Centre’ -> ‘Contact Us’. Orders cancelled on the day of dispatch will be charged 1 day of the hire period, deducted from your refund. We are unable to cancel your order if the items have already been collected/shipped.
